Ultimate campaign tool

I saw this yesterday in Sacramento, CA. It's a giant TV (of sorts) on a trailer, just driving down the road with a campaign video on a loop. Distracting, but very interesting. I wonder how much this cost and who paid for it? This is the ultimate camping equipment to play video games on. In fact, I just realized how close camping sounds like campaign. Coincidence? I don't think so.
