Eepy bird - The Post-it Experiments

http://eepybird.com/, the creators of the famous Diet Coke and Mentos phenomena, have had another vision, and it was of post-it-notes as slinkies. I've got to admit, I've earned a paycheck or two for playing with the little accordians, but I've never come close to this.
Watch the video below, and don't forget to go to the link above to see all the other videos on their site, including the old Diet Coke and Mentos ones. Enjoy!

Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog

You need to go to http://drhorrible.com/

Go to the bottom and look for "view now"

I don't know what to say, other than it's funny. I saw this in a friend's Facebook profile, looked it up, and thought she was crazy. I went back the next night, and watched the whole thing. It will be with me until the day I die, and it is a small select group who will ever know what I'm talking about, apparantly, because it looks like it stopped after the first episodes. They all end in a satisfying storyline, however, and it's musical . . . you can't beat that . . .

Blip.FM

I'm a DJ now. That's right, I spin music to entertain the masses. Click on the Blip.fm link on the right panel to check it out. Add me as a DJ and hear the "blips" I make added to your playlist. Let me know if you decide to DJ, too, and I'll add you to my fav. list and give you props.

Honestly, it's like a social network site meets a radio station, and it's a lot more addictive than you think it could be :)

Your handwriting -> a font

Go to http://www.yourfonts.com/ and follow the easy instructions to create a font based on your own hand writing. The only requirement is that you have a scanner. It took me five minutes to create one that looked EXACTLY like my own handwriting, except that it was all online and not really messy. I only did the first page, but you have the opportunity to create an entire font of your own. If nothing else, it makes neat letters home.

note: the post from Lifehacker.com (that I saw this at) has made it so popular, you may have to try more than once - it's worth it!! :)
